Old cabinet, early nineteenth century, original painted patina

Authentic wardrobe of the early nineteenth century, fir, painted in very clear water-green (not beige as in some photos), original satin paint, two shelves placed on racks (adjustable), 259cm high and off cornice and plinth 162, 5cm wide and 60cm deep (thickness of doors included). Skirting board restored and repatinated in the same shade as the original. The cornice, initially nailed, was assembled independently in order to facilitate the transport of this cabinet. Completely dismantled and cleaned. The white traces inside are those of an old putty of which we have not found the explanation ... We decided to leave them rather than sand them or repaint the interior (the same goes for the interior paint jobs photographed). Regarding the exterior finish which is original, it has been completely washed, stains and traces remain..., testifying to its passage for some time as a storage unit in a workshop. Traces of fixing a coat rack on the left side, worn paint (scratches and lacks). Beautiful lock in espagnolette with its original key, functional, the doors close perfectly. Fine and elegant molding of the doors with three panels with flat beds that give all its character to this very large cabinet. Slight lack at the bottom of the right door photographed. Old traces of xylophagous insects treated, some restorations of use (grafts at the level of certain assemblies (tenons), panels ...). In very good condition, this imposing wardrobe, laundry, mansion, fully pegged, can be delivered to you assembled or dismantled according to its destination and your wish. Full of charm, steeped in history, it is ready to take place in your interior, the interior design can of course be modified, adding shelves, wardrobe, drawers ... About 90kg.l180.5cm p69cm (at the cornice). Delivery only appears possible by cocolis but Selency does it too!
