Pair of lamps from the Napoléon III period, featuring black enamelled porcelain bodies with stylised floral decoration. The motifs painted in fine gold and enhanced with delicate mauve petals perfectly illustrate the naturalistic aesthetic of the late Napoléon III era and the beginning of Art Nouveau, blending soft curves and stylised vegetation. The bases are made of finely chiselled bronze, resting on pierced feet typical of productions from the late 19th to early 20th century. The upper mounts, also in bronze, retain their original systems (to be checked according to future use). Decorative pieces with a beautiful presence, very harmonious. Period: Napoléon III, circa 1880. Materials: porcelain, painted decoration in gold and polychrome enamels; bronze mount. Condition: Very good overall condition.
