Pair of "cocoon" wall lights, pear shape, resin and pine, Italy, 1970

Very nice pair of pear-shaped "cocoon" sconces designed and produced in italy in the 1970s. Superb manual work of laying resin on a metal structure creating the effect of a cocoon. The "cocoon" is an old military camouflage technique applied to design. Unique organic object that will illuminate your interior wonderfully. Electricity checked. Marks of time consistent with the age of the object, small black spots on one of the structures due to the years, restoration on one of the sconces, see photos. The gold support has been changed.
