Night light Squirrel, signed Tedo, on marble terrace ~ Art-Deco ~ 1930s

Charming art-deco squirrel night light signed tedo. Tedo is a renowned animal sculptor of the 1930s at the origin of many creations intended in particular for the ornamentation of bookends and night lights. Here a bronze patinated regulated squirrel nibbles, under the lighting of a green frosted and grained glass globe with golden edging. The entire composition is fixed on a rectangular terrace in portor marble. Squirrel and globe in perfect condition, free from any accident or lack, even minor. Note a small ginning at a corner of the terrace (see photo) The terrace is otherwise in perfect condition. Size: Height: 13 cm. Terrace: 22 cm X 8 cm X 2 cm. Globe diameter: 10 cm. Height of the squirrel alone: 10 cm. Black wiring with bakelite push switch ( 1m05 ) Weight: 1.4 kg.
