Sun Kraft Vintage Tablelamp Desklamp 1940's

This unusual vintage lamp is an original sun kraft cold quartz ultraviolet light therapy unit from the 1930s-40s, made in chicago. It has been professionally re-wired with a new socket, cord, plug, toggle switch and 'edison' type bulb to convert it to a stylish adjustable desk lamp. This conversion has eliminated the hazardous mercury bulb as well as the timer mechanism. The lamp is made of is made of beautiful brushed stainless steel and is in very good condition. Dimensions: diameter base: 20 cm. Folded height: 40 cm. The lamp extends in up to a total height of about 70 cm. Weight: 4 kg.
