Vintage crystal vase engraved 20s 30s art deco signed delvaux

Engraved crystal vase decorated with flowers from delvaux 18 rue royale in paris. Work of the 20s/30s. Very good condition. Delvaux was a prestigious porcelain and crystal retail store, located at 18 rue royale in paris. Founded in the 1880s, it specializes in the sale of art objects: decorated glasses, service of the house baccarat... The works of famous artists are exhibited and sold: clément massier, félix optat milet, jean mayodon, albert dammouse, jean sala, charles schneider... Between 1920 and 1930, delvaux distributed vases of his brand. A decoration workshop was set up in the store where renowned artists worked. The signature was gold in the décor or engraved with pontil. The pieces are all signed with the name of the store and sometimes followed by the address and sometimes the name of the creator.
