Description
The pitcher is in perfect condition, no accidents, no cracks or chips. It is a potter's ceramic, refined, beautifully crafted. The piece was turned in a dense and tight light earth, then enamelled afterwards, with a magnificent enamel, slightly milky matte, with a fine grain, and a very pale blue-gray color, full of subtle nuances. The enamel has delicate transparencies in places. The design of the pitcher is very pure, and the shape is harmonious, with a generous spout. The fine handle is all in curves. The piece is not marked, but its author perfectly mastered the art of ceramics. French work from the 1950s.
