Maison Baguès coffee table, gilded bronze foliage, mirrors, circa 1950

Superb three-part coffee table by maison baguès in gilt bronze with foliage decorations and dark grey silver mirrors dating from the early 1950s. The bronze chiseling work on the legs and structure is just superb, and typical of the french neoclassical style of the 50s and 60s by maison baguès. The structure has been cleaned, and the gilt bronze has a very beautiful patina. The mirrors have been replaced and are new. A rare, timeless and very decorative piece, in superb condition.
