A sleek, almost aerospace-like silhouette... and yet, we're definitely in the 1930s! This white ceramic dove is an emblematic Art Deco sculpture: stylized as possible, it seems two wingbeats away from taking off for good. Created around 1930 by JJ Adnet, manufactured by HBCM (Hippolyte Boulenger Creil-Montereau) and published by La Maitrise, this piece embodies the spirit of its time, when geometric shapes and taut lines redesigned both architecture and everyday objects. Easy to integrate into a contemporary or eclectic decor, it becomes a soft and surprising sculptural accent. Dimensions: Height: 13.5 cm, Length: 24 cm Materials: Ceramic with glossy white glaze Condition: , one missing part on the tail (see photo) Decorating advice Place on a vintage sideboard or in a slightly eclectic bookcase.
