Curtain Filing Cabinet

Pretty little vintage curtained filing cabinet. Matte black paint which contrasts well with the wood which has regained its natural color after hand sanding. A little black wax highlights the edges of the wood. The veneer under the paint and on the top is imperfect, it has marks, scratches, small holes and some gaps. These small defects are barely visible under the paint and bear witness to its experience and make it a unique piece full of charm. The metal handle was found, cleaned and replaced the original one which was made of wood. Addition of a blackened and patinated label holder. The closing system works well with the original key and the curtain slides perfectly. Inside, 3 modular shelves for tailor-made storage space. Ideal as an entryway unit or in an office.
