19th century antique desk - secretary

Empire style secretary desk – antique from the early 19th century. An elegant and graceful antique secretary with a drop front serving as a writing desk or office. Light walnut burl wood, very bright. When opened, the drop front reveals 6 drawers of various sizes and a hidden secret drawer. When closed, it offers a large drawer above the drop front. Beneath the drop front are 2 doors that, when opened, reveal 3 additional drawers. The writing surface is covered in green leather in good condition. A veined grey marble tops the secretary – dimensions 98 cm x 41 cm. Dimensions of the secretary: Height 1.47 metres – Width 98 cm – Depth 40 cm. The 2 locks come with their keys.
