Vintage tea pot - Chinese porcelain - mountain landscape

This small porcelain tea pot evokes the calm and misty mornings of the chinese mountains. Its deep blue, hand-painted decoration represents a traditional landscape with trees, a bridge and mountains, in the purest tradition of scholarly scenes. The domed lid echoes the motif and is adorned with a small, delicate button. A poetic and functional piece, perfect for storing loose tea, spices, or even used as a decorative pot in a kitchen or on a curio shelf. Stamped st - made in china, probably late 20th century. Good general condition - note a discreet chip under the base or a manufacturing defect (invisible once placed) but above all a hairline crack with a small chip on the edge (chip not visible when the lid is placed) but visible crack (see photo). Height: approximately 13 cm, diameter 9.5 cm a touch of timeless exoticism for lovers of tea, travel or decorated porcelain.
