XL gourd lamp in ceramic and jute fabric, France circa 1960.

Very beautiful large vintage lamp from around 1960 with a gourd-shaped base made of glazed ceramic in shades of green and brown, featuring pottery lines that add a certain relief and supporting a natural ecru woven jute lampshade with two trims at the top and bottom edges. The electrical wiring has been redone in bronze colour, with a brass socket. The total height is 75 cm (including 42 cm for the base and 35 cm for the lampshade). The diameter of the base is 28 cm, and 45 and 35 cm for the lampshade. The cord measures 2 m. In excellent condition, with no cracks, chips, or stains, this original light fitting, completely in line with current decor trends, will bring a true country chic touch to your interior.
