English painted sheet metal tray from the 19th century

This creation from the napoleon III period with its imposing bouquet of flowers in a cast iron basin, at the bottom of a park of a large residence, is typical of its artist patricia machin, for the family of the duke of devonshire of whom we sees the castle. The coat of arms on the bottom confirms all these details. In painted and varnished sheet metal, it seems to have been little used, and it is ready for a cup of tea or a bourbon.
