Superb modernist Danish coffee table from around 1960, designed by the famous designer Arne Vodder (no label or marking on this piece but model referenced), manufactured and published by the renowned house Dyrlund. Made entirely of teak, it consists of a cabinet with 2 through drawers at the ends, defining an open niche, all resting on 4 tapered legs. The signature Vodder handles in the shape of a bow tie are noticeable, as well as the ingenious push-button ball system that allows the drawers to stop. The table measures 140 cm in length, 55 cm in width, and 54 cm in height. The drawers measure 28 cm in width, 48 cm in depth, and 6 cm in height. Finally, the niche measures 72 cm wide, 55 cm deep, and 7 cm high. In excellent condition with a beautiful patina (there are a few small scratches and a slight halo, see photos of the top, without affecting the overall aesthetics), this very beautiful table, intended as a console to separate two spaces, can hold a lovely lamp and store your magazines and other remote controls. A rare product not to be missed!!!
