XL turned wooden lamp base H.47 cm 1950s design

Turned solid wood lamp base. French work from the 50s - 60s in the style of the creations of charles dudouyt. Very good overall condition. Very rare common traces of use in places (see photos and zoom in). Total height of the foot (socket included) 47 cm. Total diameter of circular base: 19.7 cm. The electrical system has undergone modifications over the decades (see photos and zoom in). The lamp works with a bayonet bulb not supplied. The lampshade visible in the photos is not supplied.
