Lot of 4 chairs "Plia" by Giancarlo Piretti

Lot of 4 chairs "plia" by Giancarlo Piretti, Castelli edition in aluminum and methacrylate dating from 1969. The seats and backs are in good condition with some traces of use, without breakage or lack, slightly smoked. Aluminium has a few cracks and stings (see photos); they were cleaned with a very fine iron straw, so they came back very beautiful despite their age! Folds, the chairs are among the least bulky. This model is on display at the museum of decorative arts in paris, making it a very emblematic piece of the late 60s and very trendy. High seating: 44cm.
