LISETTE - Glazed mixed earth - Suspension

A contemporary interpretation of our grandmothers' enamelled pendants, the iconic Lisette is adorned with discreet terracotta marbling. A centuries-old know-how from the Apt region - mixed clay has been the technique used for decorating culinary objects in the Luberon for generations. In a kitchen, above a table or as a reading light in a bedroom, these pendants - soft and sensual - work just as well alone as in pairs. They fit perfectly into a Mediterranean decor, but also bring warmth and authenticity to a more sophisticated world. Each piece is unique and the density of the marbling is directly linked to the artisan's mixture of clays on the day of stamping. This is what makes these handcrafted pieces unique and precious. The photos of the model are not contractual. Supplied with a solid brass socket, a woven linen cord (2.5m) and a porcelain ceiling rose in its "suspension" version, this model is also available as a "portable lamp" with a plug and a switch to be used as a reading light without any electrical assembly. Also available in a matte version.
