Set of twelve Christofle knife rests model Strié (1954), racket-shaped in fluted silver-plated metal, hallmarked. The market sometimes attributes this model to Luc Lanel, artistic director of the house between the wars. The back of the palette bears the name CHRISTOFLE in a cartouche and the square hallmark of the house's silver plating: a chess knight between the letters O and C, in use since 1935. The set of twelve pieces is in good vintage condition. The silver plating shows tiny signs of use, more visible on the back.
