Ancient mirror in carved gilded wood - 18th century - Transition Louis XV - Louis XVI 77x110cm

A carved and gilded wooden glass, moulded frame, adorned with a frieze of piastres and a row of palms bordering. The high crossbar is rounded at the corners. Fronton decorated, in the center, a shell, surmounting a fall of lobed piastres, two large leaves and the base wrapping on the high crossbar. At the top, a large knot, ribbon and garlands of flowers and tassels. Mercury mirror. 18th century period - transition louis XV - louis XVI. Restorations of use.
