Old mercury mirror Restoration 19th century - Gilded frame with leaf

This ancient mirror is surrounded by a beautiful golden frame with gold leaf. Of the restoration period, this ice cream dates from the early 19th century. The style is elegant: ornaments composed of classic tracery, shells and flowers surround this mercury mirror. The ice is pricked in places and the mercury is scratched. I report chips, gaps and scratches on the frame. The back is parquet. It measures 52 X 42 cm.
