Handwoven coloured wool rug, 310 x 90 cm - R315

A distinctive Moroccan hallway rug made of wool, entirely handwoven by Amazigh artisans using traditional Berber weaving techniques. Its design combines a warm natural ivory wool background with expressive geometric patterns in a rich burnt orange/terracotta hue. A large central diamond composition anchors the design, surrounded by smaller diamonds, angular shapes, and abstract symbols that give the rug the spontaneous visual language characteristic of authentic Amazigh weaving. The asymmetry and subtle irregularities are intentional expressions of the artisan's hand, making this piece a truly unique work rather than a perfectly repeated decorative pattern. Each rug is fully handmade on a traditional Berber loom, hand-knotted by Amazigh artisans, made from 100% natural local sheep wool, dyed with traditional natural pigments, woven individually, knot by knot, never mass-produced and completely unique. Colour palette: a warm natural ivory/cream base contrasted by burnt orange, rust, and terracotta patterns. The terracotta tones pair particularly well with natural wood, travertine, limestone, clay, linen, and other neutral and warm materials. Dimensions: 310 × 90 cm. Freshly handmade in our own artisan cooperative in Morocco. Small variations in geometry, knotting, and wool pile are inherent to authentic Berber craftsmanship and make each rug unique.
