Wall light Ettore Sottsass for Ikea

1980 wall lamp made by designer ettore sottsass in the style of memphis milano. This is an order from ikea to the designer as she has often done in the past. The shapes and colours of this lamp are reminiscent of the top of the mountain, against a backdrop of sunrise. The lamp is lit by pulling on the cord and the yellow ball. Suitable for both 110v and 220v. The lamp is in good condition with some discrete wear marks on the paint. The cord with the yellow ball is renewed but can be changed.
