French vintage oil painting about Montmartre in the 17th century, signed Gatacre

Very interesting oil painting on panel showing the hill of montmartre as it was in the 17th century, with its mills and, obviously, without buildings. It is signed galacre and dated 1986. It is curious, at first I thought it was don quixote de la mancha, but on the back, in pencil, you can read 'la bulle montmartre au XVII siécle", and that made me start to look at the painting with other eyes, not only with artistic interest, but also with historical interest. I enclose with the photos some images I have found of the montmartre of the time. The painting is in very good condition. With the frame it is 42 cm wide, 61 cm high and 3 cm deep; without the frame it is 31 cm wide and 50 cm high.
