Vintage Grandjean Jourdan Vallauris faux wood coffee maker + sugar bowl

Superb ceramic set dating from the 1960s, by Grandjean Jourdan for the French manufacturer Vallauris, including a large coffee pot and a sugar bowl. A wood grain pattern is painted on the ceramic to create a true trompe l'oeil effect. The two pieces are not stamped, but they are indeed Vallauris creations by Eugène Grandjean Jourdan. They will bring a lot of style to a rustic or more contemporary table! These are truly beautiful pieces! Good overall condition, note: some marks on the bottom of the coffee pot, signs of age, and signs of use. These are vintage items; they contain traces of time and imperfections that make them unique pieces with a story!
