Stackable folding chair in space age style from the mid-century by Armin Wirth for Aluflex, 1960s, set of 3.

An extremely functional and lightweight stacking chair based on a design by Armin Wirth from the 1950s. The structure is very delicate yet extremely stable. The frame is made of aluminium, with the backrest and seats crafted from moulded plywood. The material composition and usage are designed for lightness. Note the particularly thin backrest and seat. When the seat is folded, the chairs can nest together to save space. The chairs are in very good condition with signs of wear and a patina.
