Former Naturalized / Stuffed Diodon

Real vintage taxidermy diodon with brown/beige two-tone scales placed on a wooden base. Also called sunfish, hedgehogfish or long-spined porcupine, it is known to be able to inflate very quickly to frighten its attackers by accumulating air or water in its esophagus. This diodon has been naturalized by a professional taxidermist with great care and taste. He has a soft look; very far from some badly stuffed animals that are scary!
