Pair of vintage botanical plates

These two large botanical illustrations of Christopher Stone and Mermaid roses are framed with coasters and a cardboard background. The golden paper framing strip reflects the years with gaps here and there, while contributing to the charm of these old drawings. They can be displayed in accumulation to create a giant herbarium, another pair of this type is available in my shop, for those who are nostalgic or romantic, sensitive to the memory of country houses.
