Space age mushroom lamp, Italy, 1970

Impressive space age table lamp with the iconic “mushroom” shape, made in italy in the 70s. This large lamp is made of a tulip metal base, which supports the large lamp holder made of two shells with a diameter of 42 cm. The lower ring shell has a bright yellow color, the upper hemispherical shell has a translucent white finish with 3 little holes for air circulation. The shape and the color combination are unmistakably 70s and will give a unique touch to any room – as soon as it is big enough!. In excellent vintage conditions, with healthy plastic parts and original wiring. The plug and the switcher have been replaced. Works with one standard e27.
