Villeroy & Boch "Biarritz" cream and sugar bowl

Villeroy & Boch Mettlach fine earthenware milk jug and covered sugar bowl, Biarritz ivory and gold model, vintage 1950s. Stamped (green stamp) "Villeroy & Boch / mettlach / made in France-Saar Economic Union" and "Biarritz" (debossed). In very good condition (no accidents, no signs of use or wear), except for a discreet knock, a small chip and a stain under the lid (see detail photo). Dimensions: milk jug - h 7.5 cm, vol. 50 cl; sugar bowl - h 9 cm (at the fretel).
