The shelves are all height-adjustable and/or removable, allowing for books of all sizes. Each piece is made of light wood with a lovely Sheraton walnut inlay. The bookshelves have been cleaned, waxed, and polished; they show some light patina marks but remain very well-maintained examples. Maximum dimensions: Height 195.5 cm, Width 138 cm, Depth 30.5 cm. Poul Hundevad (1917-2011) was a Danish designer known for his elegant and functional creations, often in natural wood such as teak. This pair is a typical example of the Danish modernist movement, combining simplicity and functionality.
