Th. Valentiner “fusijama” pendant lamp (1960s) This rare and elegant pendant lamp, designed by th. Valentiner in the 1960s, is a stunning example of mid-century danish lighting design. Known as the “fusijama, ” the lamp features a wide, gently curved brass shade with a warm, golden patina that develops beautifully over time. Its clean lines and timeless form reflect the scandinavian design ethos — functional, minimal, and full of character. The lamp is equipped with a clever counterweight system, allowing the height to be easily adjusted (typically between 40 and 62 inches / ~100 to 160 cm), making it ideal for both dining rooms and living spaces.
