High buffet

Hand-patinated sideboard – a unique piece inspired by Florentine patinas. This antique sideboard has been completely restored and transformed in my workshop, with meticulous care taken at every stage: from preparing the surfaces to the wax finish, including an antique patina created using traditional techniques. The patina, inspired by the Florentine style, reveals subtle textural effects, crackling, and transparency that evoke the charm of 18th-century antique furniture. The colors were applied in layers, using natural pigments (burnt umber, burnt sienna, etc.) to create depth and nuance. The entire piece is protected by a finish based on saponified wax and damar gum. This is a unique piece, designed to bring character and authenticity to any interior. It would be equally at home in a country chic style, a family home, or a cabinet of curiosities.
