A pair of GFM-87 armchairs, designed by Juliusz Kędziorek and manufactured at the Gościcińska Fabryka Mebli (GFM) in Poland in the 1960s. These armchairs are an example of solid carpentry construction, made possible by the factory’s advanced machinery. The frames are made of solid beech wood. The GFM-87 model is distinguished by its cigar-shaped legs and massive, precisely made armrests. The seats, with a narrow piping running along the edge, are upholstered in green soft fabric.
