Large and beautiful vintage ceiling light, Lucien Gau. Made of metal and crystal-effect cut glass from the famous Lucien Gau house. Lucien Gau is famous for providing lighting in museums, operas, theaters in Paris and in luxury homes and hotels around the world. The chiseled glass is precisely crafted to distribute the light evenly. The gilded metal part is decorated with elegant patterns inspired by antique friezes. The gilded metal/brass parts have a slight patina. Circa 1950s - 1960s (60). Classic and timeless design. No label on the light.
