Superb spherical lamp base from the Art Deco period (circa 1930) in thick black glass/opaline, adorned with fluted/relief rings around the edge. Balanced proportions and a very modern line, typical of Modernism and creations attributed to Jacques Adnet or the editions of Maison Desny. Materials: Opaline/black glass, upper collar in brass/metal. Style: Art Deco/Design 1930. Condition: excellent condition of the glass body. Beautiful shine.
