Tramp art mirror

Very beautiful Tramp art mirror. Tramp art is a folk art form from the 19th and early 20th centuries, made by itinerant craftsmen. They used recycled wood, often from cigar boxes, which they cut into layers and notched. The artworks, such as frames, boxes, and crosses, show craftsmanship, patience, and a creative reuse culture. This piece dates from around 1900. In very good condition. We have fitted the frame with a new mirror.
