Hand-turned stoneware vase – Iridescent glaze

Art ceramic piece, this vase stands out for its finely executed craftsmanship, typical of the "Studio Pottery" movement of the 60s-70s. The turning marks are clearly visible on the inside, ensuring a handcrafted finish on the potter's wheel. The contrast of the glazed decoration is cut by a geometric pattern in unglazed clay. The glaze features deep shades of cobalt blue and emerald green with an organic iridescent effect. The unglazed areas reveal the authentic and rough texture of the material. Despite its mineral appearance, the vase is extremely lightweight, a sign of technical mastery and very fine walls. The sound is clear and crystalline. In perfect condition, with no chips or cracks.
