Table lamp in travertine and nickel-plated metal, polished stone egg, attributed to Maison Barbier. France, circa 1970. Cubical base in raw travertine with characteristic natural inclusions, stem and bowl in brushed nickel-plated metal, ovoid egg in polished travertine mounted as a central element — an emblematic composition of Maison Barbier, a Parisian manufacturer specialising in prestigious lighting in natural stone and metal, very active in the 1970s. Rectangular lampshade in new natural ecru linen, original electrification. Height: 41 cm (base only). Base: 10 × 10 cm. Very good condition. Intact travertine, metal without notable oxidation. Functional.
