Louis XVI style carved armchair

Superb louis XVI style armchair with finely sculpted ornamentation, beaded on the bottom of the backrest. The antique-inspired fluted feet taper towards the heel. The connecting dice are decorated with daisies. The recessed horizontal armrests are finished with a volute with a fabric-covered cuff. Generous seat with a firm tendency, mounted on springs. The original fabric is a little gem of romance, perfectly matched to the delicate ornamentation of the wooden structure. Condition and restoration: it is in very good overall condition as evidenced by the visuals, only the cuffs are slightly worn, gentle marks of its past use.
