This cuteness deserved a good cleaning and stripping... Except it all fell apart when I removed the hinges. An old renovation made with the means of the edge! So I glued it back, reinforced, reassembled and redid the back that had been drilled for the electrical connections... The interior and back were painted in homemade color putty/string, ́the exterior was pickled, nourished and protected by a colorless wax. Here augustus is ready for his new life!.
