Couple of seagulls flying over the waves. Marble base. The pedestals are in excellent condition. The seagulls are in regular patinated molded with traces of oxidation. Unbroken and unrestored. About the 1930s - art deco. Identical hl signature on each seagull. Unidentified. The waves under the seagulls give a nice impression of movement, as do the wings outstretched. The pair of bookends weighs 1k 482 g and, as a result have impeccable stability. Very decorative. Base: 11.2 cm long, 7.1 cm wide. Height base - seagull: 12.5 cm.
