Rustic French Hand Carved Fruitwood Armoire

Beautiful rustic hand carved fruitwood (cherry wood) french wardrobe or armoire. Ca. 1800 – 1850. This armoire has been hand sanded to enhance the rustic feeling, revealing a warm honey coloured wood pattern. The doors open to reveal an interior with shelves for plenty of storage. The interior has been painted soft red. Like all our armoires this cabinet has been treated against termites. This large armoire is in very good condition for an antique having been restored. The wear of this armoire is consistent with age and use and is in good antique condition. For transport the armoire will be taken apart and will consist of the top, sides, back parts, doors, bottom and shelves.
