Material: thermoformed mount Opal plastic with neon. Colours: white opal, neon pink. Icon of the postmodern era, the UltraFragola mirror is designed by the Italian master architect-designer Ettore Sottsass and produced in Italy by Poltronova, circa 1970. With his 1 m 80 tall and his 1 m wide, this mirror has a resin frame that hides neon tubes. Turned on, the mirror lights up in orange pink, off the frame is almost white. The mirror was presented to the third edition of Eurodomus in 1970. With its sinuous shape evocative of a woman's hair wavy, it belongs to the series Grays of furniture, bedroom and living room. All except the "Ultrafragola" remained at the prototype stage.
