Very pretty little old mirror (before 1835) in baroque style. Gilded frame (old gold) in wood with stucco decoration (a few accidents). The mirror appears to date from before 1835, when the manufacture of mercury mirrors was stopped. The surface of the reflective part is slightly wavy (which allows the object to be dated) and some bubbles are visible in the upper layer of the glass covering the mercury sheet. Dimensions: l 35.5 X ht 42 X d 2 cm frame molding: 5 cm mirror dimensions without frame: 26 X 32 cm.
