Two art deco style sandstone vases from the denbac pottery in vierzon. The sophisticated glazes of denbac flamed sandstone art pottery are unique to each piece. These containers are decorated with a matte artistic drip glaze of golden ochre-brown color, with some darker accents and subtle reflections of olive green and orange. Denbac is the brand of the company denert and balichon of vierzon, in the center of the france. The name denbac is a contraction of the surnames of the partners, the ceramist rené denert and the manager rené-louis balichon.the vases is in very good condition and bears the mark "denbac" printed under the foot.
