Superb solid wood and veneer dining table in Louis XV / Rococo style (Napoleon III revival) with English Regency / Victorian influence, resting on four elegantly curved legs richly carved and ending in eagle claws. The tabletop features a beautiful warm grain that is very decorative. The apron is delicately shaped, highlighting the elegance of the whole. The table is equipped with 4 extensions, allowing for an easy transition from 6 to 12 guests, ideal for large family gatherings or receptions. Features: Period: late 19th – early 20th century (Napoleon III style) Style: Louis XV / Rococo. Material: solid wood and veneer on the top. Base: sculpted curved legs, ending in eagle claws. Capacity: 6 to 12 people. Extensions: 4 included (1 of 55cm with sides to maintain harmony for 8 guests and 3 in a 40cm tabletop style). Note that in the extended position, some legs are collapsible to ensure good stability. Condition: it has been restored with complete sanding and the application of a new satin golden oak tinted varnish. Please note that it has a stain on the tabletop and a missing small strip on one side (see photos). An elegant and warm piece, perfect for a characterful dining room or a chic classic interior.
