Mid-20th century mirror effect late art deco effect in stainless steel 18/10 (18% chrome and 10% nickel) and 24k gold (99.9% gold). On the basin is a gold decor representing abstract floral motifs. It unfortunately presents some claws, see photos. It is signed Gottinghen, oro zecchino (pure gold). It's a real picture in itself.
