Superb double beam wall light, model 6065, designed in the 1960s by Sigvard Bernadotte (son of King Gustaf VI Adolf of Sweden, often referred to as the "Prince of Design") for the renowned Swedish manufacturer Ifö. This is the large format version (more imposing than the classic model 6060). It consists of an elegant base made of glazed ceramic in a beautiful deep brown colour, topped with two generous tubular diffusers in milky white opal glass. The contrast between the shine of the ceramic and the softness of the frosted glass is superb. This lamp provides warm, non-glare lighting. Its minimalist and timeless design allows it to fit perfectly in a bathroom (ideal on either side of a mirror), a hallway, or even in a bedroom as a sculptural bedside light. Note: It has been designed to be installed both vertically and horizontally according to your needs.
