Medium vintage blue glass carafe in art deco style. (mid to late 20th century.) Glass carafes with stopper were mainly used to hold spirits, liqueurs, and sometimes special wines in order to present them elegantly but not only! Because their stopper, which is not always present, especially when you want to decant a wine, helps to preserve the aromas, maintain the flavor and quality of the different alcohols, and to prevent the evaporation of volatile components.
